• Submit your site information
• Wait for an email letting you know that your account is approved but "suspended".
• Use your name and password to get your link code
• Use the link code to create a voting link on your home or links page
• Reply to the Top 40 webmaster's email that your voting link is present
• Enjoy the new visitors
