Things you need to know before your site is listed....
- Submit your site information
- Wait for an email letting you know that your account is approved but "suspended".
- Use your name and password to get your link code
- Use the link code to create a voting link on your home or links page
- Reply to the Top 40 webmaster's email that your voting link is present
- Enjoy the new visitors
